When a character is unable to distinguish between dreams and reality, it often points to a serious underlying issue that might require medical attention. In that sense, I found it a bit off that the situation wasn’t treated with more care or concern—perhaps involving medical professionals rather than just the ml.
From my perspective, this made the story feel less believable and took away from what was suposed to be a cute dynamic. I think the narrative could have benefited from handling this aspect with more sensitivity and depth. I mean the mc could have been suffering from a brain tumor, schizofrenia or even the side effects of drugs, who knows, at the end of the day love cant cure everything

imo the author just wants to provide some kind of unique plot to have them meet and focusing more on the fluffy stuff and keeping it short. But it's true I would not complain at all if they decide to delve into it and elongate the story further coz I want the goodies
