Yea I’m going with that theory. Dante’s family (his father and brother) and the state created this prison to run experiments on the human body. In the latest chapter, we see that “Frog” is a man-made drug. It used to be common to experiment on prisoners, which explains the existence of 182 basically the drug but in human form.
Yeah, and they could also be the kids who were born from fog-addicts or they were born from parents that were experimented on. 182 and the white haired girl in women's area were born in there. Maybe that's also the reason why they have white hair and tasted like fog coz it's now part of their DNA. Just another theory
