Title disappearing from their currently ready

So I noticed that a lot of stuff from my currently reading have disappeared. I know there was a glitch with the website and a lot of stuff people had saved disappeared. However, I was reading something two to three weeks ago and I was looking for it on my list and it was gone. I had to search it up again and while it saved my bookmark, it didn’t save that I was reading it. Has anyone else had this issue lately or is it just me?
