If im not mistaken, it’s to prevent bots from uploading mtl chapters and to ensure it’s just that team who will upload the translation. And for reading history, can’t u just leave at the latest real chapter? Since it records which chapter u opened?

then kaizen is the one overstepping :/ placeholders are okay but adding a placeholder after another scan has put out one is greedy and selfish
Actually though. Wtf is the purpose of placeholders? All it does for me, the consumer, is waste my time and mess up my reading history. Who tf are these placeholders for?
