If someone has any spoilers, who is Chuchu really and why is she punished?

as far as i can remember (bc i have a goldfish memory skill), chuchu was one of mc's daughter's spirits in 1st tl who loved her a loooooot;

and when the daughter decided to sacrifice her life to rewind time and let her mother(mc) have a 2nd chance at life, chuchu vehemently disagreed - i think to the point that she became a threat/planned to harm mc

so the other spirits decided to seal her to protect mc when she regressed since their beloved contractor wanted her mom to have a chance
