I agree with you, I tought about it too. I really don't think that Shuraka slept with Pinkie, or anyone else. But...After the 20th chapter...Now that Tei and Shuraka are angry at eachother and hurt, I think that Shuraka won't "force" Tei, even if Tei initiate, so he will have to sleep with the concubines or else he will die from that curse.
Maybe I'm just praying we don't have another evil twink on our hands but... What if Shuraka got a male concubine just to teach him how to seduce Tei properly without hurting him? No touchy feely stuff, just straight up education HAHA and that's why the twink was "smiling" like that earlier knowing what Shuraka went to him for.
