it's a bnw manga. shounen, action, fantasy, I think.
the mc is blond with spiky hair and his dad was killed by a monster (a fox, iirc?), and now for some reason he has the powers of that same monster.
mc often gets shipped with this black (maybe navy?) haired guy with a side part. they're both high schoolers working in a secret org or smth among those lines
