Graham's actions are based on two things:
1. Fear of being outed
2. Guilt for "turning" Jaehyuk gay
Both are rooted in the very real social repercussions of being gay in a homophobic society.
Jaehyuk is willfully ignorant and dismissive of the societal repercussions of being openly gay while Graham is painfully aware.
Of course Graham shouldn't feel guilty for Jaehyuk being gay, but a conversation about it will go nowhere until Jaehyuk is able to understand why that would make Graham feel guilty in the first place. Jaehyuk doesn't see Graham's perspective and it leads to him being dismissive and angry in ever conversation they have so all they do is fight.
