Honestly, I just expected the ending to be deeper than this I feel like it was rushed and the author didn’t really know who to end up pairing Ian with, so they just decided to go with the more “popular” ship. I like Ian, TJ, and Joe, I guess it just sucks that a lot of the character development and background story could’ve been wrapped up earlier if it was going to end like this. I feel like it would have been better if it was an open-ended ending to not satisfy anyone, since the characters, I believe, all had complex feelings toward each other….. but oh well. Overall, I definitely wish the ending had been different, but this isn’t my story to create, so might as well critique it ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
Btw!! I do like Ian and TJ together tbh they both understand each other, I just believe they dragged Jo way too long for it to end so abruptly like this. Imo Ian should’ve ended things a while ago with Jo
