fyi a nepo baby is more so someone who has a lot of connections from either family or family friends that fast tracks their life towards success, it’s not only the rich that does this. It wouldn’t be such a bad thing if these connections don’t compromise their impartiality. Often more qualified candidates are not hired in favour of a nepo baby which then makes it harder for competent people to reach a place to make a difference in the workplace. Worse yet is as more and more of these nepo babies take over places of power (hopefully with some semblance of competence) they only ever uplift people they favour (competent or not). Example: a certain western unionized state in the continent or the Americas.
