It was, the bottom confesses to the top first when they are in high school, I think and then when they became an adult they became in a relationship but then the bottom rejected the top and said the exact thing the top told him.

I'm looking for a BL manhwa where the top rejected the bottom back when they were in high school and after some time or years, the bottom did the same to the same top, saying exactly what the top had said to him back then.
I am not sure if they are or one of them is an actor or not but all I can remember is this one panel that they are looking at each other whole bottom rejecting top.
