A random person picked up the translation for some reason, but it's etiquette not to upload over the scans working on it. So I think they deleted those.
Some were complaining that the translator left unnecessary comments and opinions in the chapter that are very rude and offending, so the uploader had to take it down.

What’s up with the chapter updates? I swear chapters up to 21 were posted and now it says chapter 20 is “new” and I’ve already read it? I’m confused.
