And no, not all fujoshis act like that in real life. Kae is just being inconsiderate regarding her boyfriend, choosing not to be with him just so she can attend events related to her favorite character. If it was me I'd try to balance my time between my favorite stuff and my love life, there's a lot of time for all those stuff and there's no need to prioritize a thing over another.
But oh well, this is just a manga and there's no need to discuss this stuff seriously xD it's nice to read different points of view though
