This new update was awful. She cut her face for him and he still treats her with contempt. I'm frustrated at her willingness to let him use her, I feel like his treatment of her skews towards abuse. Regardless of his past trauma,she's been a child for most of their interactions and he thinks she's out there having sex. He should know her, she's literally offered herself up to him for his goals numerous times but he's unwilling to break the chain of suffering and continues to demean her. It's soooo frustrating but obvi I'll keep reading this. I've already invested too many years into this series.
