ok first he's gonna reject Nanao-san then Nanao-san would probably say I'll take u by force then making Midori-kun even more pissed off which might force Hina-chan to use his real name, which I hope it doesn't come to but still I wanna know this exotic name that no one but his wife knows (≧∀≦)
My prediction: hinata will probably be forced to use midori's true name to stop him from going crazy against nanao and that probably will violate a sense of trust between them.
