It was a bug that happened when mgg crashes a while ago, you won't get anything back that you didn't rate and stuff. You're safe to go back and re-add them.

Well depending on how good your memory is, you can flip through each genre and add what you can remember
Idk why and how but suddenly all of my reading, already read and want to read lists are mostly gone..
