it’s a body mod called pearling where you implant little beads under the skin, it looks super weird irl and online, not sure why any author would add pearling into their stories because it’s NEVER well received

y’know it wasn’t there for chapters 1-6 but randomly showed up for 7-9 so maybe the author just suddenly decided they wanted it? Or maybe the logic is going to be like, ‘oh he just got it done recently,’ and didn’t have it before, but realistically that wouldn’t make sense becuase it takes like 4-weeks to heal, and obviously the bottom has been having sex with him semi frequently, but logic doesn’t really work in this world, his dick is literally the size of a leg after all.
