Especially in the place like South Korea were being gay is pretty much a lifestyle to some not all or a sign of rebellion to some older people, pretty much they don't take homosexuality seriously
i feel like people who are pissed off at garam only looks at his perspective in the surface level. we may never understand why he's always walking on egg shells about their relationship because that's exactly the point—we really won't understand unless we're in the position of a person who's been gay all his life and has lived in a society where being gay means being subjected to humiliation and blatant hate.
on the other hand, i do understand that he's not exactly without fault. he never really opened his heart for jaehyuk in the first place. it's like he's afraid of what would happen if he truly falls.
