Anyone know what’s up with the brother?

Basically from what I gather, he’s absolutely obsessed with the male lead. Before ml went back in time, it was actually his brother who orchestrated the death of Eileen and had her beheaded with the help of the other blonde whore bc he knew ml loved Eileen and thought she was beneath him since he views ml as godlike.

I could be wrong tho. It’s just what I’m inferring.
