The duke feels indebted to her because he feels responsible for her trying to kill herself. Use him. Have him storm the imperial palace and have him tell the Holy See what happened. That would be both the entirety of the holy knights order and the dukes order and whoever the duke can convince storming the palace in order to overthrow the prince and empress. Roger is 100% in the dungeons because why else show us the dungeons? She just needs to go down to the dungeons and find her love. Hopefully the holy knights can save him from whatever mortal danger he’s in.
That's perfect! I'm so fed up with our girl's constant suffering. We finally had a semblance of peace and happiness from the previous chapters but now we're back to this. If everyone's just going to use, manipulate, and have her for themselves, her using them all to fight for her happiness should make it even right? and I agree with you that Roger is definitely in the dungeons. I hope he's not dying though. He needs to get back to Crocetta, they need to go to a far away island near the beach and live in a cozy little home and spend the rest of their lives in domestic bliss.
