Wrong manga name and cover ?

I reverse search the title inside the first chapter and it translated as this “ I Reincarnated into an Apartment Complex and an Inner World, but I Decided to Live Freely” but when I look it up nothing pops up I’ll do more research

Okay I’m back I reversed search the second page of chapter 1 and it gave me the title that’s on here but here is the rest of it “I Was Isekai’d With My Apartment—Now I’m a Scorned Noble Lady Living Free.” And sanascans has up to 6 chapters of this manga

Oh! And it has a different cover the cover on this is definitely another manga

You forget to mention it's a locked chapter :(
