Literally!!! I don't think I can ever forgive the dad after abandoning her, I HATEEE when they do the "I'm doing this for u" type sht. COMMUNICATE WITH UR CHILD!!! It's not as if she's a child even, she's alrdy 18. And not only that, but literally leave her??? Like what then what was the point of all the years u stayed??? It's like he only accounted his feelings, and not his OWN child.
i feel like they kinda downplayed it a little bit but it's so sad that she never got to meet her dad again in the original story. did he wait until vivian is old enough to take care of herself before leaving to get revenge on the people who killed his baby mama ?! just go home, bruh
