This happened to everyone, honey.
I'll give you a short rundown on what happened:
The server went down for a little bit, rumored to be because of all of the new traffic, and everyone's stuff was messed up when it came back. One of the largest manga hosting sites, Bato , was shut down and its members were likely scrambling for a new site.
Either your lists were fully gone or moved around. Then, over the course of a month or so, some people started getting their stuff back. The rumor on the forum is that if you tagged or rated something, you kept it. If you didn't, it was gone. Apparently one of the hard drives for the site crashed and a bunch of data was lost when they tried to boot it back up.

I suggest going through your list and organizing it manually. Now, this may seem daunting, but TRUST me it doesn't take that long. I had 4 times as much as you and it only took me about a half hour to sort mine I just listened to a podcast while I did it and time flew by.
It's been a couple of months since I entered this page. When I entered today to see if there's been some updates in the Mangas I'm currently reading, I found out they have all disappeared from 'reading' and the list is empty. Does anyone know how to solve this? I would appreciate it immensely
