I've seen this happen in a few manwha where the art ends up becoming different and sometimes it's subtle and sometimes it's like this.
If you go back and look at the chapters in tbe beginning you'd recognize the art being completely different, I'd say with a lot more details or better rendering/finishing touches as well as how MC looks overall.
Not that the author has changed or specifically the authors art style (and im not completely sure on this story exactly) but there are so many steps from going from a regular book story to the actual finished product of full color manwha/webtoons.
There is a 50/50 chance that who ever is doing the final art after panels has changed. I'd closely compare it to how sometimes whoever is translating stories (scanlations) sometimes changes as well and therefore certain words or sentences or even how the font is laid out is completely different to how another scanlation person or group would do it.
If someone else did take over the final art it's clear they were trying to still make the characters look the same as the original artwork but added their own flare or style thus strange proportions, diff rendering, and of course her big bahungas that seem to grow every dang chapter. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
