Well, I do happily eat it up because I like the MC (especially his design, lol), but the pacing is pretty funny. Since I'm not in the mood for serious reading, it gets a pass. Still, almost every plot turn (I can't even say "arc") transition is pure comedy.
We also are not given any real objectives, and just follow along with whatever the author comes up with. It also doesn't feel that the MC truly suffers from consequences of Deculaine's actions, everything solves itself conveniently, blablabla, I can go on and on, Deculaine pretty.
