I am with you on this! It really is a good story! Although, I thought it was obvious that Calix was the ML OTL Did I get it mixed up?

Honestly it’s between Oscar or Calix since she doesn’t have any chemistry with the other two or many scenes with them. The only reason I think it’s Oscar is that she seems to favor him the most, he was the most distraught when she “died”, and he’s also the first one to kiss her. So all signs are pointing to him being the ML, but I wouldn’t be mad if Calix was the ML either. He’s the only one of the four that emotionally grew and matured and only he apologized after kidnapping her.

I honestly like calix more as a ml but something inside me whispering griffin x calix cause you know they've been together even before they joined captain

Also let's be honest any author would never let the greatest candidate and green flag ever be the male lead

I wanted it to be calix too. So i went ahead and read the novel, i was wrong sadly.

I personally prefer Calix, but the more I re-read, he treats her like a sibling. Oscar I think will have a romantic confusion, but being all alone he needs more of a family connection. Now I just think it will be between Romeo and our resident healer. My money is on the healer OTL
