Just to be clear, this comment includes my theories, not spoilers. Though I will mark it jic since the plot is getting super predictable and we're still here for it
From the portrait in the last chapter, it looks like Olivia's mother most definitely belonged to nobility and somehow ended up in unfortunate circumstances as a dancer and ended up sleeping with the Duke which basically just indicates that Olivia is in fact perfectly legitimate.
Then there's the red haired character who was just introduced and happens to have green eyes just like Olivia and her mother which could possibly mean he's her brother? And then he goes ahead and uses magic to change his eye colour. Since the ML has already hinted at the existence of magic in the previous chapter and with the matter of the discovery of something 'glowing' in one of the tunnels of the mine that the Duke is desperately after, Olivia's brother(?) is a magic user and so is she since they're related and it will probably be revealed in the later chapters as a surprise or(≧∀≦) a plot twist of sorts.
That said, the red haired character, if in fact related to Olivia as brother is probably gonna be super mean to her given her current background but will turn into one of the greenest flags of the story once he actually gets to know her and then eventually discovers their familial ties.
Another theory, though a bit more far fetched, is that the ML is also a magic user which explains why he's so strong and formidable and why the emperor claimed that he would gain immense strength if the magic mines fall into his hands even though it was a part of his inheritance left behind his mother - which again hints at his family and himself being a magic user.
That's what I think of the story so far though I'm still enjoying it until now and look forward to how many of my theories land but lmk if anyone else has similar thoughts :)
