I wanted to also add that if Adi was a real straight man, he would prefer his sister marrying and making love with the duke instead of himself unless he was gay and in love with the duke and because its not a BL story it would not happen.
I think the reason why the duke said it would be better if his sister was alive is because he could marry her and have a real relationship instead of forcing a straight guy to kiss him. I doubt gay relationships are okay in this world and I don't think Woodpecker is gay and he doesn't probably want to go all the way with a man. Not everying means r*pe.
