Please help! I'm trying to find this one manhwa I’ve read before

I’m looking for this one manhwa about an actor, who had a pretty shitty personality at first, but after dying and getting a second chance, he tries to become nicer. (I remember him not having that much of an appetite.) He was in a secret relationship or had a long-time crush on someone from his company or a sponsor (maybe an old friend who turned to his manager? I can’t recall…) but that guy didn't care about him at all, he only saw money in him. I think the actor got suddenly sick and then died, and the other dude didn’t even visit him or just didn’t care about his death or him at all (He might’ve even bad mouthed him and the ml heard it, I don’t remember.) The actor then goes back in time and gets a second chance. He realizes how awful that one guy was and wanted to distance himself from him or seek revenge. He starts changing his way of living and became nicer, especially toward his current manager(?) I think I also remember him joining a very popular series with high rating, that he wasn’t part of in his previous life (possibly because the sponsor or whoever that was, rejected it for him before and accepted another series with lower end-ratings) while another actor (maybe his rival) originally had that role. He was also on bad terms with the other male lead at first (I think his shitty personality and a misunderstanding played a big role) and they started being nice to each other and a potential relationship developed. (I can't recall because the manhwa wasn't finished at that time)
