Tbh ml doesnt treat mc like shit. Hes not forcing him to use his soothing power in these like recebt 20chapters nor is he allowing mc to larticipate in another dungeon after the last. He act cares about him and u can see that with how he gets angry for him and and is nvr angry at mc. The only problem is his attitude and he just needs to tone down the smug a little. Yes hes forced using the slave ring but mc isnt using it anymore. Ngl hes not the worst infact hes pretty neutral. Not a likable character but not a hatable one either hes just kind of annoying and funny in a way. Obv mc deserves the world and we can see ml becomnibg more and more docile around mc. Specially that funeral chapter.
Ppl keep saying ML is bad and so on, but for regressor, feeling is never their main priority. Imagine been stuck in same loop, same place, then repeating it over and over, until one time, you just go through it like robot, with no feeling whatsoever. Seonwoo come to him, but how is Jehee gonna know if Seonwoo will do him different? If you read ORV, you will understand more about regressor. This is not typical romance.
