@Yatamomo's theory just incase you missed it. It's an interesting theory so i thought i might share it ^^
"I re-read the first chapters and while being introduced to the premise of the story, Bada's narration says that the game tried to twist horror movie cliches by having no female characters, which was uncommon, but the characters fell into the horror movie stereotypes, which caused the game to flop.
I think this detail is interesting because everyone, himself included, becomes aware that they're playing a game eventually once they start saving their progress, but nobody is aware of other details of the real world outside of the game or about the game (save for the premise that they all wake up in) aside from Bada, assuming that the game flopping is a fact of the real world and not part of the narrative.
In addition to this, when he talks about the game he even imagines the box and CD of it, too, suggesting he's aware of what the game looks like or has possibly seen it.
This detail could be because we read the story from Bada's perspective with narration from his inner thoughts, but it was just an interesting detail to me given what we now know.
Of course I don't think the other characters would bring something like this up in casual conversation or even know enough about the game itself to be aware of such a detail. This could just be a detail to further push the fact that Bada is a big horror fan.
