Guys, he is the equivalent of an emperor. In any culture, touching an emperor's concubine is a sign of extreme disrespect and treason, and they both would be sentenced to dea**th. No. The concubines are alive because his mother abhorred the idea of them dying. Shuraka loves his mother and didn't want to further forsake her for killing another. Previous chapter showed Shuraka killing a concubine dying in his mother's arms. Shuraka didn't want a repeat of that.
