The prince is honestly like the only person in this entire story I don't feel bad for. It's so sad how many innocent people are forced to go insane including the sweet old mother. Even people who already kinda suck getting their mind destroyed is pretty messed up and makes me feel bad for them. I like how horrific and dark this story can be at times
but damn i somehow feel bad for all the guys. I mean they were fine before, having their own respective lives but then our home girl tried her luck and well shit goes down HARD. It might have been utterly devastating on their perspective that they cant be with her. I dont know this is the first read I had that I genuinely felt bad for everyone involved
