I think it was only the pink haired guy trying to make the black haired guy (sorry lwk forgot their names) jealous by lying to him. Shuraka himself said he was busy, not that he spent time with the concubines as far as I remember
That was all tei’s assumptions. Not once has it ever alluded to him having any type of special feelings towards his concubines.
It was easily misunderstood at first because it wasn’t revealed right away that they were his father’s concubines and he took them in only because his mom guilt tripped him into doing it! I think his mom also k*lled herself around that time where he was purging the place! So he has trauma surrounding that and being rejected for being the living god and thinks Tei is put off with him now like his mom has always been with him! The whole situation is a mess! But yeah, the harem was his father’s, including the pink hair male concubine! So he doesn’t have any real attachments to them but he is watching them closely in case they do something out of line or dangerous!

Kinda confused I thought Shurka liked his concubines maybe it’s not clicking in my head rn but I did spend two hours writing a speech for school prior so maybe it’s just me. Wish he killed the concubine instead of the guy tho
