Grayson manipulated him into believing that he had sex with a dog, which is because of his psychopathic personality at some point, as the last episode included some of the traumas and pain he caused, and to be honest, I do not really hate Grayson because what he did from the spoilers I read, he thought he'd be helping Chase, like really help while children and I feel like his obsession with controlling chase by creating and using traumas are so that he can help him, it's twisted. Later Josh tells Chase that he didn't have sex with a dog and was really nice while consoling Chase while they were revealing the truth!
Plus from what I know in one of the side stories or books Chase's & Grayson's relationship takes a turn for the better! (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
