If I'm not mistaken this is a part of a collection of one shots. The story goes this way: the uke is a rich brat that always teases/seduces his personal doctor/ physician but then the secretary of their company made him realize that he might really be in love with his doctor. the uke goes to his house/ apartment to apologize and confess but then the doctor's sex friend (i think the name was kazuki) opened the door. the uke was broken hearted and fled to paris or london and stayed at one of their hotel. a month after the doctor followed him and confessed and bla bla bla... anyone? anyone????(〜￣△￣)〜
