The whole point of Dohu as a character is that he IS “emotionally inept”, though that’s definitely not the wording I would use. He’s literally a writer because he struggles to understand basic human emotions and how other people feel. He’s literally trying his best to figure things out, but he struggles with what the average neurotypical person doesn’t
yeah, i'm also neurodivergent but he's nearly 30 and still can't acknowledge his wrongdoings. like i said good intentions, well-meaningness and love aren't some kind of "cure-all", the only way him and juheon can actually reconcile and start a healthy relationship is if they address the root of their issues. playing whack-a-mole by foisting your feelings on the other person at any opportune moment is just cruel and irresponsible.
