Literally she's 'forgiving' and choosing to help alleviate the punishment for many horrid crimes. Letting these shitty people escape their accountability and the consequences of their own actions. Rouge, black hair guy, all the apothecaries, the maids and the ex have done horrible things and should be rightfully punished and made to pay for those crimes, but nooooooo FL is so ever kind and gracious and ml seeing fl do this falls even harder for her 'kindness' which is just ignorance
Being overly lenient towards people who show no remorse for hurting others is not a virtuous trait. Its the sign of an enabler, an act of evil. At least they arent murderers and shes giving them a chance to kill others. So while it makes the FL look bad its not the worst depiction of this stupid trait (I vote naruto)
Also her having divine protection really undermines her ability to make medicines. Rather than it being a product of hard work, a very virtous trait, it turns out all she needs to do is touch crap and voiala! Magic! I can understand if she gains divine favour for her virtous behavior, but (unless i skipped something) its more like some inate trait. So yeah that really undercuts the mcs struggles and acomplishments.
