honestly it depends on who's u're rooting for and how u’re gonna interpret the ending. as for me, it's not satisfying ‘cause some of the issues wasn't addressed. lemme know if u want an spoiler tho

the rs between the mc and garon remains deeply unhealthy, it's not stockholm syndrome but feels more like acceptance of the situation or gradual resignation. about garon, he’s still possessive af but recognize his feelings towards the mc. the mc was much more stable in the ending than the early ch tho, but that's just how it progress—nothing was resolved. he didn't heal but adjusted to the situation, irks me sm but the title justify it ig. garon named him also [ian]

looking back, the art style on the early ch has so much depth. idk if i’m imagining it but first look, u can definitely feel the emotions there. I read the novel already and honestly I don’t care much other than wish that the artist captured the emotions
