anyone know this yaoi manga?

uke and seme meet again in this wedding planning job they were in (the job is kinda confusing, i think they are were trying to do some kind of event since they hire someone to be bride and groom). so they end up working together but the uke only treated the seme as a professional treatment. in the flashback, they were close friends at university. the seme has a rumors that if you sleep with him, good luck start will happen to you. the uke's family business went bankrupt so he ask the seme to sleep with him, his reasons was that he was curios if the rumors are true but the real reasons was that the uke wanted to sleep with him because he has an unrequited love for the seme since he need to transfer (he didn't tell the seme all that). afterwards the uke disappear without telling the seme.
