Did you even read the same story? Like it's clearly stated in Ch.29 they are not blood related, here's what the ML's said "MY FATHER MARRIED A PREGNANT WOMAN BECAUSE OF HIS WEALTH. SHE WAS JOO HAEYOUNG'S MOTHER. UNFORTUNATELY, I HEARD SHE PASSED AWAY EARLY. AFTER HIS EX-WIFE DIED, HE REMARRIED MY MOTHER AND GAVE BIRTH TO ME."

the author still did put in an ambiguous incest relationship in the beginning and we only knew the truth sometimes after they already have a thing
the incest part kinda threw me off but holy hell everytime Sooha describe his depression I feel chocked up.
