As usual author really like gangster stuff, but this one is minimal gangster. Uke was a gangster beta, he is gay tho, so when he died and woke up ij the body of an omega male, he just accepted it quickly. Just for the record, uke didn't like being omega at first because he thought heat & rut are very inconvenience and he prefer just being regular gay beta. And, in the novel, omega male do not have balls. It's only the penis without it's ballsl sack. Idk if manhwa will add balls to make it not look too weird.
