I read Haven first, and the comments, so I wasn't expecting much. Maybe a bit of dark stuff, cannibalism, etc. Morbidly curious, I opened it. What I didn't expect from someone who wrote a mid story like Haven was a freaking masterpiece!!!! A masterpiece on 2 broken men obsessed with each other because their lives couldn't let them understand it was love. One man obsessed with finding his first love and trying to find him in every look a like he could, another obsessed with the only comfort in his life, only knowing that love equals hunger so killing and eating men the drugs told him were his first love. This story never left off the feels. How pain is passed on and spawns in the next person. Were they "good" people? No. Would they have been good people if their father's weren't homicidal aholes? Maybe. The ending was beautiful! Absolutely gorgeous! Adding to the beauty was that it was colored. I feel terrible for Gigolo. I can only hope that he finds peace one day and can be happy.
