tbh i enjoyed reading this but it is pretty dumb. it is nice, i like her and the ascension from the lower guild level is interesting. but the interactions between her and other characters are so clearly only driven by the author's need to create tension rather than a possible character's decision that it makes them kinda dumb.
like she clearly won't tell her second or third ''adopted'' child she's alive because it's better for the plot if there're still secrets and misunderstandings. the only reason she gives is ''if they don't believe me it'd negate my existence'' srsly? just show them the gem or the goddamn wand only activated by your soul and they will omg.
also the way they just start trauma dumping on her 3 sec after they meet her lmao okay i guess, very convenient for plot exposure. it's so funny when they tell her ''i lost someone'' and she asks 10 questions being like ''did you love this person? what was your relationship'' knowing damn well they're talking about her (except for the emperor) like girl stop fishing for compliment and end their suffering by revealing the truth about your death.
