I suffered from constipation when I was younger but solved it with an abitual morning routine that personally worked for me (it might seem a bit much but maybe you could try it for a week to see if it does something for you as well).
Apart from the obvious suggestions like eat more fruits and vegetables during the day: I wake up and IMMEDIATELY, on an empty stomach, I drink a warm tea with the juice of half a lemon (+ honey to make it sweeter), that stimulates the digestive system, AND also eat an apple. The earlier the better. Then I normally have breakfast, take a shower and everything and THEN I go to the bathroom. It should come naturally as you move around. Yes I wake up pretty early to do all this, at least 2 hours before I go out, but this way I can poop early and feel good for the rest of the day. I've done this every day for the last like, 15 years? and I've never had that problem again (at least not to the point that I don't go for more than 2 days)

i need some good methods/things to help me poop like genuinly i cant its been hard but it wont come out help me
