I think garam is entirely self blaming. And at the same time his surroundings makes him to be blame to. His actions might seem weird but i think he just want jaehyuk to be himself doing what he like while he stay by his side. Nothing extraordinary. He doesn't wanna be the reason jaehyuk to do things. Because the past trauma is making him the reason for every accident that happen.
