I understand how difficult it is to deal with trauma and healing yourself, but what Garam is doing isn't healing at all. If he's not willing to help himself, he'll continue to live with his trauma. Thinking this behaviour is excusable bc of trauma is basically defining a person by their mental health issues, which is, in my opinion, insulting and disrespectful.
He says things like "he doesn't know what it feels like" does that mean Jaehyuk needs to be treated like shit so Garam could validate him standing up for himself and not being ashamed of having a boyfriend? No, I don't think so. That's crab mentality.
Now I'm not fully siding with Jaehyuk either, he has his faults, quite a lot of them (i.e. buying a fucking house without discussing w his boyfriend and lying about it, among others).
I genuinely hope Garam learns to heal from his trauma and internalised homophobia so he can communicate his troubles better.
