I'm mostly lost about Shinoa, I assume she's sick of people wanting to revive their loved ones all the time cuz of all the damage its caused. She probably wants to end that cycle so that people's life's aren't toyed with by depressed people that can't move on.
(Ye that make's sense to me; some of it is speculation cuz, like you, i'm just scrolling atp)
