So there is an esper is like a superhuman he has power and strength but only problem that he can be instable and turn into a monster(like corrupted)or maybe hurt himself badly (depend on the author) so he need a guide who will be healing him by touch and like more they touch each other the more effective it is.

Espers have superhuman abilities, typically linked to some sort of natural thing like fire or lightning (not always, depends on the story and author). Espers are fragile despite being so powerful, when they use their power too much they need to be recalibrated basically otherwise they can self-destruct and die (typically harming many others in the process). That's where guides come in, a guide is super important to an esper since they can keep them from destruction. Guides and espers have compatibility ratings as well like B, A, S, or S+ (stuff like that). The higher the compatibility the better the guiding, meaning the safer the esper will be. Guiding can be done through no touching or touching (depends on story). usually when there's touching it gets to be more intimate.
