consent for sex cannot be predetermined through a contract. this is literally the most basic concept that people are taught since elementary school. just because someone said yes once doesn't mean they'll say yes for every other time. in this case, dan didn't even say yes, he said no EVERY single time and yet jaekyung never once stopped or even asked for confirmation until the latest couple of chapters. the whole 'mutual agreement' is a load of bullshit and would never hold up in the real world. i get that it's fiction but it's still rape no matter how you wanna frame the circumstances.
